Discover the power of therapy in nature along the trails of the Bear Creek Greenbelt in Lakewood, Colorado.

I'm Kristin Iannuzzelli, M.Ed, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, E-RYT — founder of Calm Heart Counseling. Living in Colorado has taught me firsthand how much time in nature steadies the mind and body, and that belief now shapes my practice, which focuses on ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety/stress, life transitions, and the lasting impact of emotionally immature parents. I offer a collaborative, holistic approach including somatic work, EMDR, IFS and mindfulness, often right on the trail.

I bring specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), yoga, and ADHD coaching to our work together, so we can draw on whatever combination serves you best.
